Abstract:
The present invention pertains to attaching a protective cover to a wall panel in an elevator car, and addresses the problems of reducing the number of parts that are required only for attaching the protective cover and improving work efficiency of attachment. In order to solve these problems, a bottom edge insertion section, into which the bottom edge of a protective cover that covers the surface of the interior side of a wall panel inside an elevator car is inserted, is formed in the upper part of a baseboard disposed between a floor panel of the elevator car and the wall panel, and an upper edge insertion section, into which the upper edge of the protective cover is inserted, is formed on the bottom part of a bracket for a handrail fixed to the wall panel.
