Abstract:
This elevator door device comprises a door that opens and closes a gateway, a rail positioned above the gateway, and a threshold that is positioned below the gateway, a guidance groove being formed by the threshold. The door has an upper guide, an upper stopper, a lower guide, and a lower stopper. The upper guide has a groove part, the upper end of the rail being inserted into the groove part. The upper stopper faces the lower surface of the rail. The lower guide is inserted into the guidance groove in the threshold. The lower stopper faces the upper surface of the threshold and extends toward the upper surface of the threshold and in a direction toward the reverse side of the door. When the door is pressed from the obverse side and curves toward the reverse side and the lower stopper is pressed against the upper surface of the threshold, the door is pressed upward and the upper stopper is pressed against the lower surface of the rail due to a counterforce produced at the point of contact between the lower stopper and the upper surface of the threshold, and the door is braced between the upper surface of the threshold and the lower surface of the rail, minimizing curving of the door.
