Abstract:
An elevator landing door of the present invention is one or a plurality of landing doors that slide in the width direction of a landing doorway communicating a landing and a hoistway to open and close the landing doorway. The landing door has a door body. The door body is formed by a plate-shaped member being bent and has a front surface section which extends in the height direction of the landing doorway, a door-lead-side side surface section, and a door-tail-side side surface section. The front surface section extends in the width direction of the landing doorway with an outer surface facing the landing side. The door-lead-side side surface section extends from the door lead side of the front surface section to the hoistway side. The door-tail-side side surface section extends from the door tail side of the front surface section to the hoistway side. The area of a projected surface in which the door-lead-side side surface section is projected in the width direction of the landing doorway is larger than the area of a projected surface in which the door-tail-side side surface section is projected in the width direction of the landing doorway.
