Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an operation button system (16) capable of easily switching between methods for receiving user operation. This operation button system (16) comprises a key top (28), a displacement detection unit (29), a capacitance detection unit (30) and a button control unit (18). The key top (28) has an operating panel (S) on the front surface thereof. The displacement detection unit (29) outputs a detection signal in response to the displacement of the operating panel (S). The capacitance detection unit (30) outputs a detection signal in response to the capacitance between the operating panel (S) and a reference potential exceeding a detection threshold. The button control unit (18) detects an operation by the user according to the detection signal from the displacement detection unit (29) when a switchable detection mode is in a first mode. The button control unit (18) detects an operation by the user according to the detection signal from the capacitance detection unit (30) when the detection mode is not in the first mode.
