Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a carrying error-quantity estimating unit that, from a car load amount and from a vibration amount detected by a vibration detecting sensor when the winding drum is started, estimates a quantity of error in the car load amount; a resonance-frequency deriving unit that derives a resonance frequency of the car; and a spring-constant estimating unit that on the basis of the vibration amount detected by the vibration detecting sensor, the load-amount error quantity estimated by the carrying error-quantity estimating unit, and the resonance frequency derived by the resonance-frequency deriving unit, computes a spring constant of a rubber vibration insulator installed in the car, to estimate status of deterioration of the rubber vibration insulator. Due to this configuration, the status of deterioration of the rubber vibration insulator can be comprehended to keep the ride comfort constant.
