Abstract:
Provided is an elevator that can reduce noise using an active noise control device, enhance the workability during installation and maintenance of an air pressure regulation device, and improve passenger riding comfort. The elevator is provided with: a blower (11) having an air intake port (11a) and an air exhaust port (11b); an intake/exhaust air volume regulation device (12) that is configured by disposing an air volume regulation panel (18) within a housing (17) so that the panel is oscillatable, and that regulates the intake/exhaust air volume with the air volume regulation panel; ducts (13, 14, 15) which are respectively connected at one end thereof to an indoor air intake/exhaust port of a car, the air intake port, and the air exhaust port, and which are connected at the other end thereof to the housing; a microphone (21) disposed within the housing; a controller (22) that performs an active noise control process on a detection signal of the microphone to generate an opposite phase signal; and a speaker (23) that is disposed within the housing, and that, upon receiving input of the opposite phase signal, emits into the housing a sound wave of a phase which is opposite that of the sound detected by the microphone.
