Abstract:
The present invention relates to an embedded side light-emitting flexible panel lamp and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method specifically comprises the following steps: an LED flexible light bar and light-transmitting flexible resin are continuously extruded through an extrusion die by using a plastic extruder; the flexible light bar is embedded in a light-transmitting resin plate strip; a roller embossing machine is arranged at an outlet of the extruder, or a printing machine is arranged to print light guide ink, or a laser engraving machine is arranged behind the extruder; light guide points are processed; a flexible light guide plate strip is manufactured; the light bar is inlaid on the edge of the light guide plate strip, and the light bar then enters a double-material extruder to extrude light-transmitting resin and light-reflecting resin at the same time; the flexible light guide plate strip embedded with the LED flexible light bar is wrapped; a light-transmitting resin face with diffusion is tightly attached to the face, provided with a light-emitting film, of the light guide plate strip to form a light-emitting face; and light emitted by an LED enters the light guide plate strip and is evenly emitted from an outer wrapping type light-transmitting resin layer by means of various types of reflection and refraction under the action of the light guide plate and the reflection resin.
