Abstract:
This emergency state detection device detects an emergency state of a moving body and sets a threshold time for controlling the timing at which report information reporting the emergency state is outputted from an information processing terminal. The emergency state detection device comprises: an interface unit that acquires information on the tilt angle of the moving body and vehicle speed information; a state determination unit that determines whether the moving body is in an emergency state on the basis of the tilt angle information, and that, if it was determined that the moving body is in an emergency state, sets a threshold time depending on the emergency state level determined on the basis of the vehicle speed information; and a communications unit that transmits, to the information processing terminal, the report information reporting the emergency state, the emergency state level, and the threshold time.
