Abstract:
An emotion recognition method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a readable storage medium, relating to the field of data recognition and processing. The method comprises: acquiring a voice signal (S102); processing the voice signal to obtain voice recognition information and text recognition information (S104); performing voice emotion recognition and text emotion recognition on the voice recognition information and the text recognition information to obtain voice emotion recognition information and text emotion recognition information (S106); and calculating the voice emotion recognition information and the text emotion recognition information according to a preset calculation rule to obtain emotion information (S108). Emotion recognition is performed by performing voice and text extraction on a voice signal, and the accuracy of emotion recognition is improved. By screening voice and text information, the processing efficiency and accuracy are improved, and positive and important effects are exerted for improvement of the customer service quality and performance assessment of service personnel.
