Abstract:
In the present invention, a highly operable, semitransparent to transparent emulsion for a wet sheet can be obtained as a result of emulsifying an oiling agent and water by blending the oiling agent and at least two emulsifiers into a base formulation at a ratio of 1:4 to 1:19. Using this oiling agent in the emulsion for a wet sheet, it is possible to suitably remove filth containing a large amount of an oil component, such as feces and sebum. Moreover, the moisture-retaining property of this emulsion for a wet sheet is further enhanced by blending a moisturizer into the emulsion.
