Abstract:
An end cover deburring cleaning machine and a cleaning method. A large rotary disc (21) is mounted inside a protective shell (1) of the cleaning machine; one side of the upper end of the large rotary disc (21) is fixedly connected to a lower fixed rectangular block (22); the middle side of the upper end of the lower fixed rectangular block (22) is fixedly connected to an upper support arm (23); the side of the upper end of the lower fixed rectangular block (22) along the upper support arm (23) is fixedly connected to an auxiliary deburring roller (24); the auxiliary deburring roller (24) is composed of a fixed core (44), a circular sealing plate (45), a rubber layer (46), deburring sand plates (47), and buffer springs (48); the multiple deburring sand plates (47) are arranged in a circular array with the fixed core (44) as the center; the deburring sand plates (47) and the rubber layer (46) are fixed by means of fixing nails; two ends of each buffer spring (48) are fixedly connected to the fixed core (44) and the rubber layer (46), respectively; and some burrs folded upward to fit an end face are further removed by adding the auxiliary deburring roller at the inner side of a deburring position, such that the burrs on the end cover are removed more thoroughly.
