Abstract:
An end cover for a double-cone drying drum (7), comprising a cover body (1), a hinge (2), a lug base (3), a slide rod (4), a limiting baffle plate (5) and a counter weight (6); the cover body (1) is rotatably connected to the double-cone drying drum (7) by means of the hinge (2), the cover body (1) is fixedly connected to the double-cone drying drum (7) by means of the lug base (3), the slide rod (4) is vertically provided on the cover body (1), and the counter weight (6) is slidably provided on the slide rod (4), and the limiting baffle plate (5) is provided at an end portion of the slide rod (4) to limit the counter weight (6) to slide out of the slide rod (4). By mounting the slide rod (4) and the counter weight (6), rotation of the double-cone drying drum (7) itself is used to drive the counter weight (6) to continuously knock the cover body (1), such that a material adhered to the cover body (1) falls into the double-cone drying drum (7), thereby ensuring a drying rate of the material and reducing waste of the material. A buffer mechanism is added on the slide rod (4), so as to prevent the counter weight (6) from directly striking the limiting baffle plate (5), improving the service life of the limiting baffle plate (5). In addition, the device has a simple structure, low manufacturing costs and high universality, and is adapted to all double-cone drying machines.
