Abstract:
Provided are: an endoscope which has a simpler configuration and can be prevented from the remaining of a cleaning solution on the surface of an observation optical system; and a method for manufacturing an endoscope. An endoscope provided with a convex observation optical system (132) which is arranged at the tip of an insertion part and into which a cleaning solution is ejected through an air/water feeding nozzle (14), in which a concavo-convex tip surface (131) surrounding the observation optical system (132) is also provided in the endoscope.
