Abstract:
An endoscope push button device (1) comprises: a finger-hold member (21) arranged upon an outer member of an endoscope (101) and having elasticity; a hard, bottomed cylindrical connection section provided in the finger-hold member (21); a first stem (26) that has upper end sections (28, 29) inserted and fitted into the connection section and is arranged so as to be slidable and swingable along the longitudinal axis; a second stem (35) that has an upper end surface (35a) abutting the lower end surface of the first stem and is provided so as to be slidable and swingable along the longitudinal axis in conjunction with the movement of the first stem; non-moving members (28, 31) that hold the first stem (26) and the second stem (35) so as to be slidable and swingable; and a switch (32) that is switch operated as a result of the finger-hold member (21) being pressed and the second stem (35) being displaced in conjunction with the movement of the first stem.
