The present invention provides a technique for, in a flexible endoscope treatment tool, increasing the variety of manners in which a manipulable part can be held, and configuring the manipulable part so as to have excellent manipulability. This endoscope treatment tool (1) includes: a pipe part (11); a treatment tool body (121); a manipulable part (13) that has a stationary portion (131) and a movable portion (132); and a manipulation wire. The stationary portion (131) has a tubular barrel portion (1311) which is fixed to the pipe part (11) and through which the manipulation wire passes, and a first handle (1312) that extends from the barrel portion, and the movable portion (132) has a second handle (1322) that is rotatably supported by the first handle (1312) and a syringe portion (1321) having one end connected to the manipulation wire and accommodated inside the barrel portion (1311) so as to be capable of moving backward and forward, and that is connected to the second handle (1322). Rotating the second handle (1322) relative to the first handle (1312) results in the manipulation wire moving backward and forward inside the pipe part (11) and hence in an action of the treatment tool body (121).
