Abstract:
An energy-saving device for a vertical boiler, comprising a bottom plate (1), a boiler body (2) and an exhaust pipe (5), wherein the outer wall of the exhaust pipe (5) is fixedly connected to a cooling water pipe (6), and the top outer wall of the bottom plate (1) is fixedly connected to water pumps (11); the inner wall of the boiler body (2) is fixedly connected to a thermal insulation layer (3), and the water inlet end of the water pumps (11) is connected to the inner wall of the cooling water pipe (6) by means of a pipeline; the water outlet end of the water pumps (11) is connected to the inner wall of the thermal insulation layer (3) by means of a pipeline; and the top outer wall of the bottom plate (1) close to the water pumps (11) is fixedly connected to two supporting columns (10), and the exhaust pipe (5) is fixedly connected to top outer walls of the two supporting columns (10). By means of providing the cooling water pipe (6), the water pumps (11) and the thermal insulation layer (3), the cooling water pipe (6) recovers waste heat of exhaust gas discharged into the exhaust pipe (5) during the working process of the boiler body (2), and then water that has absorbed heat is introduced into the thermal insulation layer (3) by means of the water pumps (11), thereby preventing the energy loss of the boiler body (2) and improving the energy-saving performance thereof.
