Abstract:
Provided are an energy-saving, heat-insulating and decorative all-in-one board, and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: step one, welding an outer keel, an inner keel and a bottom keel into a wall framework; step two, fixing an inner decorative board and an outer decorative board on the front side and the rear side of the wall framework, wherein with regard to the way in which same are fixed, the inner and outer decorative boards and the wall framework can be fixed to each other by means of fasteners and can also be connected to each other by means of connecting members, and a hollow structure constructed by means of the inner and outer decorative boards and the wall framework is a layer to be subjected to filling and pouring; and step three, performing grouting in the layer to be subjected to filling and pouring to form a wall filled with a cement foaming polyphenyl granule, such that the wall, the inner and outer decorative boards and the wall framework can be fixed together after wall solidification. The present invention has a rational structure; and the all-in-one wallboard with decorations on inner and outer sides is manufactured by means of a simple manufacturing process, and the patterns of decorative boards can be changed according to the needs of customers. In addition to significant improvements in the aesthetics and the construction convenience of the all-in-one board, the all-in-one board has the advantages of being energy saving, environmentally friendly, shock resistant, compression resistant, fireproof, fire resistant, heat insulating and soundproof.
