Abstract:
The present invention relates to an energy-saving two-way electric dust collection device for adjusting supplied voltage according to the concentration of contained dust, the two-way electric dust collection device saving energy while maintaining dust collection performance by actively adjusting the supplied voltage through a contained-dust concentration sensor unit for sensing the concentration of contained dust, and a two-stage two-way electric dust collection device in which an electrification unit and a dust collection unit are separated further comprises: a primary-side contained-dust concentration sensor unit for measuring the concentration of contained dust in introduced air by being positioned at a primary side of a two-way electric dust collection block composed of a filter box and a two-way electric dust collection module including a primary-side electrification unit, a secondary-side electrification unit and a dust collection unit; and a secondary-side contained-dust concentration sensor unit for measuring the concentration of contained dust of introduced air by being positioned at a secondary side of the two-way electric dust collection block, and is technically characterized in that an operation control panel controls the supply voltage of a high voltage supply means by receiving output signals of the primary-side contained-dust concentration sensor unit and the secondary-side contained-dust concentration sensor unit. The present invention allows a current to be supplied, at a voltage at which dust collection efficiency can be sufficiently maintained, through the problem-solving means to prevent unnecessary energy consumption caused by the supply of a current at an excessively high voltage, thereby saving energy, and allows the supplied voltage of the high voltage supply means to be actively adjusted according to the concentration of contained dust, thereby improving energy efficiency and enabling the two-way electric dust collection block and the operating state and the dust collection efficiency state of the two-way electric dust collection block to be monitored in real-time.
