Abstract:
Provided is an enhanced micro-interface preparation system and method for p-methylphenol. The enhanced micro-interface preparation system comprises an oxidation reactor and a pipeline reactor, wherein the side wall of the oxidation reactor is sequentially provided with an oxygen inlet and a p-methyl isopropylbenzene and catalyst mixing inlet, two micro-interface generators are arranged in the oxidation reactor in an up-and-down staggered manner, a plurality of rows of spewing pipelines are arranged right below the micro-interface generators, a plurality of spewing openings are arranged in each row of the spewing pipelines, and the spraying directions of the spewing openings face upwards; and the oxygen inlet is directly communicated with the interior of the upper micro-interface generator through a pipeline. According to the reinforced micro-interface preparation system of the invention, the micro-interface generators are arranged in the oxidation reactor, such that oxygen is broken into micro-bubbles before p-methyl isopropylbenzene is subjected to an oxidation reaction, and the phase boundary mass transfer area between the oxygen and the p-methyl isopropylbenzene is increased.
