Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of polyfluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP). Specifically disclosed are enhanced FEP and a preparation method therefor. The enhanced FEP is prepared from the following components in mass percentage: 99-1% of FEP resin, 1-99% of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) resin, and 6-9% of a composite nucleating agent. The enhanced FEP resin proposed in this product is obtained by melt extrusion molding of FEP and PEEK. When the content of FEP is low, FEP serves as a lubricant for the melt processing of PEEK, thereby reducing the melt viscosity of PEEK and improving the processing stability of PEEK, so that PEEK can meet the requirements of some fine injection molding fields. When the content of PEEK is low, FEP becomes a dispersed phase in a polymer system. Because the tensile strength property of PEEK is better than that of FEP, the tensile property of FEP is improved to a certain extent.
