Abstract:
Disclosed are an enhanced system and process for preparing cyclohexene by hydrogenating benzene, and the present invention belongs to the technical field of the preparation of cyclohexene. In the enhanced system, by installing a first microinterface generator and a second microinterface generator in a slurry bed reactor, a gas is broken into micron-scale bubbles on the micrometer scale to increase the area of the phase interface between a gas phase and a liquid phase and decrease the reaction pressure; by arranging a catalyst feeding pipeline between the first microinterface generator and the second microinterface generator, a catalyst is always suspended in the middle of a reactor under the sparging of bubbles of the second microinterface generator, thereby increasing the catalytic efficiency of the catalyst; and by arranging a separator with a baffle, the unreacted catalyst can be effectively filtered out from the reaction product, thereby achieving the effect of recycling. Compared with existing technologies, same has the characteristics of a low reaction pressure, a small energy consumption and a rapid reaction rate.
