Abstract:
An environment-friendly heating system special for asphalt cold-state transportation, relating to the technical field of asphalt transportation. An air outlet (7) and an air inlet (6) are formed in the lower portion of a heat conduction structure (5) in the heating system. One-way valves are arranged at the air outlet (7) and the air inlet (6). An air suction device (8) is provided at the air outlet (7), and the air inlet (6) is connected to a heating boiler (3) by means of the one-way valve. The heating system further comprises a ventilation structure (9). The ventilation structure (9) comprises a ventilation structure body. A wind inlet and a wind outlet are respectively formed in two ends of the ventilation structure body. An activated carbon adsorption area and a photolysis area are sequentially arranged in the ventilation structure body. The wind inlet of the ventilation structure body is connected to the air suction device (8), and the wind outlet of the ventilation structure body is connected to the heating boiler (3). By adding the ventilation structure (9), waste gas generated in the high-temperature heating process can be effectively removed, and the sustainable development direction is met.
