Abstract:
An environmentally friendly recycling grade-maintaining production method for a 6-series high-formability automobile plate, which method comprises the following steps: step 1, adding recycled high-formability 6-series automobile plate scrap into a scrap treatment system for melting, sampling the resulting material after melting is completed, and detecting chemical components; step 2, at least reducing high-content elements in an alloy to the required upper limits of the process by using element removers; step 3, transferring molten aluminum into a smelting furnace according to a charging proportion of 60-90%, and performing alloy proportioning in the smelting furnace according to alloy components of the 6-series high-formability automobile plate; step 4, transferring the molten alloy into a heat preservation furnace for refining; step 5, performing online slag removal, degassing and a filtering treatment, and casting a large slab ingot; step 6, subjecting the large slab ingot to octahedral milling; step 7, homogenizing the large slab ingot; step 8, hot-rolling same to 3-10 mm, and then cold-rolling same to 1.5-2.5 mm; and step 9, subjecting same to a solution treatment, and air-cooling same to room temperature, so as to obtain a finished product. The method can effectively realize the environmentally friendly, recycling and grade-maintaining utilization of recycled waste automobile plates, and therefore more economic and social benefits are provided for enterprises.
