A purpose of the present invention is to provide an environmentally-friendly river barrage which has a simple structure and by which a deposit is easily discharged. To achieve the above-described purpose, the present invention provides an environmentally-friendly river barrage which is installed in a river, the environmentally-friendly river barrage comprising: a bottom part which is horizontally installed at the bed of the river; an outer wall part which is formed at an end of the bottom part to vertically extend; an inner wall part which is disposed in a position spaced a predetermined distance apart from the outer wall part; and a support part which fixes the inner wall part to the bottom part and the outer wall part, wherein: a flowing space enabling water to flow is formed between the inner wall part and the bottom part; and the end of the inner wall part is higher than the end of the outer wall part, and thus when a water level is equal to or greater than the height of the outer wall part, water passes through the flowing space and a space between the outer wall part and the inner wall part and is then discharged beyond the outer wall part.
