Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an enzymatic agent for transesterification that contains as an active ingredient a lipase having excellent thermostability and high 1,3-position specificity. The present invention provides an enzymatic agent for transesterification that contains as an active ingredient a lipase comprising an amino acid sequence having 90% or more sequence identity with the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 or SEQ ID NO: 4.
