Abstract:
Provided are an enzyme system for degrading plant polysaccharides and an application thereof in degradation of corn bran. Genetic modification is performed on a transcription factor for regulating and controlling the expression of a plant polysaccharide degrading enzyme in penicillium oxalicum, to obtain strains having remarkably changed extracellular enzyme component types. Extracellular enzyme systems secreted by an XlnR modified strain and an AraR modified strain are mixed to obtain a compound enzyme system having remarkably improved corn bran degrading capability. Combined genetic modification is performed on XlnR and AraR to obtain an engineering strain and an extracellular enzyme system generated thereby, and the enzyme system has corn bran degrading capability and can be used in preparation of fermentable sugars and production of bioethanol.
