Abstract:
An equipment operation state measurement device (1) is provided with an electric power data acquisition unit (12) which acquires power consumption of an equipment (10a) which changes in accordance with operation states of the equipment(10a); an operation state judgment unit (7) which judges the operation state of the equipment (10a), by determining at least whether the equipment is in a operation state or a stopped state, on the basis of the power consumption; a factor input unit (9) which receives an input of a stoppage factor of the equipment (10a) from an operator, with respect to the stopped state judged by the operation state judgment unit (7), and sets the stoppage factor regarding the stopped state on the basis of the input; and an integration unit (6) which obtains a power consumption amount with respect to each stoppage factor, by integrating a period during which the stopped state corresponding to the stoppage factor continues and the power consumption in the period during which the stopped state continues; whereby a period of duration of the stopped state and the power consumption amount can be measured with respect to each stoppage factor of the equipment (10a).
