Abstract:
An ergonomic sleeping mat (100). The ergonomic sleeping mat comprises a sleeping mat body (1), wherein the sleeping mat body (1) is constructed to comprise a sleeping mat layer (2) and a ground mat layer (3), the sleeping mat layer (2) and the ground mat layer (3) are bonded and fixed together as one piece, such that a closed containing cavity (4) is formed between the sleeping mat layer (2) and the ground mat layer (3); a plurality of pull belts (5) arranged in the closed containing cavity (4) at intervals in a longitudinal direction, wherein upper ends of the pull belts (5) are fixedly bonded to the sleeping mat layer (2), and lower ends of the pull belts (5) are fixedly bonded to the ground mat layer (3), such that the closed containing cavity (4) is divided into a plurality of inflation cavities (51) extending in a transverse direction; and the sleeping mat layer (2) comprises an upper body portion (201), a waist portion (202) and a lower limb portion (205) which respectively correspond to different parts of the human body, the heights of the pull belts (5) corresponding to different areas are set differently, and when the inflation cavities (51) are in an inflated state, all the areas of the sleeping mat layer (2) can form contact faces respectively fitting corresponding parts of the human body, and the thickness of the waist portion (202) is set to be greater than that of the upper body portion (201), such that the waist portion (202) can make contact with the waist of the human body in order to support the waist.
