Abstract:
A purpose of the present invention is to provide an error diagnosis device for a rotary motor system capable of increasing the reliability of diagnosis compared to before by being able to determine the degree of accuracy of an error diagnosis. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, an error diagnosis device according to the present invention has: a data measurement unit which measures output signals of a sensor attached to equipment to be diagnosed; a frequency decomposition unit which decomposes the measurement signal from the data measurement unit into frequency components; a peak detection unit which detects peaks of the frequency components decomposed by the frequency decomposition unit; an error diagnosis unit which diagnoses the degree of error of the equipment to be diagnosed on the basis of the strength of the peaks detected by the peak detection unit; and a diagnosis accuracy determination unit which determines the accuracy of the degree of error on the basis of variation in the frequencies of the peaks detected by the peak detection unit.
