Abstract:
The erythromycin derivatives of the present invention, i.e., hydrated crystals of erythromycin stearate, has low moisture absorption and good storage stability, and is suitable for preparing drugs for treating and preventing infectious diseases in humans or animals caused by sensitive Gram-positive or Gram-negative bacteria, chlamydia or mycoplasma.
