Abstract:
The present invention provides an erythromycin processing system and a processing method therefor. The erythromycin processing system comprises: a fermentation device and a control system, wherein the fermentation device is formed by connecting two fermentation tanks in parallel, the top of each fermentation tank is provided with a bacterial solution inlet and a feed liquid inlet for a bacterial solution and a feed liquid to enter, and the bottom of each fermentation tank is provided with a liquid outlet for discharging a fermentation product; and each fermentation tank is internally provided with liquid ejectors and micro-interface generators, the micro-interface generators positioned at an upper portion are close to the top of the fermentation tank, the micro-interface generators positioned at a lower portion are close to the bottom of the fermentation tank, the liquid ejectors are arranged at the upper portion in the fermentation tank, two liquid ejectors are arranged on a side wall of each fermentation tank respectively, and another liquid ejector is arranged opposite the micro-interface generator at the upper portion. The processing method comprises the following steps: breaking up cleaning water into micron-sized micro-droplets to clean the interior of a fermentation device; and dispersing and breaking up an air micro-interface, mixing the air micro-interface with a bacterial solution and a feed liquid for aerobic fermentation, and discharging and collecting a fermentation product. The erythromycin processing system solves the problem in the prior art of air and a fermentation liquid not being able to be fully mixed in a fermentation tank.
