Abstract:

An evacuating mold core inside a non-pneumatic tire, the tire and a wheel. The evacuating mold core inside the non-pneumatic tire comprises a plurality of fan-shaped mold core units (1), the plurality of mold core units (1) being spliced to form an annular structure. Each mold core unit (1) comprises a molding portion (11) located at an outer side thereof, and an outer surface of the molding portion (11) is provided with mold core grooves (12). In the tire manufactured by means of the mold core, a hollow region within a tire body (31) is divided into a plurality of mutually independent air grooves (33) by a plurality of support blades (32).
