Abstract:
A method for evaluating efficacy of hydrogen mixed gas on a living organism that uses a predetermined amount of first sterilized purified water and second sterilized purified water obtained by bubbling hydrogen mixed gas in the same amount of purified water as the first sterilized purified water, the method comprising: a first ATP measurement step of measuring the ATP of the first test solution obtained by inoculating a predetermined amount of microorganisms in the first purified water; a second ATP measurement step of measuring the ATP of the second test solution obtained by inoculating a predetermined amount of microorganisms in the second sterilized purified water; and a comparison step of comparing the result of the first ATP measurement step with the result of the second ATP measurement step.
