Abstract:
An even paint spraying device for processing of a special-shaped steel structural member, comprising: a connection base that is mounted above level ground, a spraying box being fixedly connected to the top of the connection base, and connecting housings are connected to both sides of the spraying box; a storage box that is fixedly mounted at the top of the spraying box, connecting pipes being connected to a side of the storage box, and a spraying seat being connected to the other end of each connecting pipe; spray nozzles that are mounted on the outer wall of the spraying seat; and first rotating wheels that are movably mounted inside the connecting housings, a transmission belt being connected to the outer side of each first rotating wheel, and a second rotating wheel being mounted at the top of each first rotating wheel. According to the even paint spraying device for processing of a special-shaped steel structural member, quick fixing is performed by means of limiting blocks, and a workpiece is driven to rotate, such that simultaneous spraying of multiple surfaces is implemented; moreover, the heat emitted from a heating plate is used to speed up the drying of surface coating of the workpiece, thus improving the processing efficiency.
