[Best Mode]

The above and/or other objects and/or advantages of the present invention will become more apparent by the following description.

However, since the accompanying drawings are not more than examples which are illustrated in order to concretely explain technological spirit and concept according to the present invention, it is apparent to one skilled in the art that the technological spirit and concept according to the present invention are not limited to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an event article , according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 • is a separated perspective view showing the event article according to the embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, an event article according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a body 1 whose upper and lower portions are opened as throughholes 11, respectively, and which comprises a handle 12 which is horizontally protrudingly formed at one side of the body 1; at least one live butterfly 2 contained in the body 1 at a state where the live butterfly 2 is alive; balloons 3 which are respectively provided at the upper and lower portions of the body 1 and where air or gas is injected; an elastic plate 4 which is attached on the outer surface of the body 1 and which comprises protrusions 41 which are pointedly formed

to burst the balloons 3 at the upper and lower portions of the elastic plate 4, respectively, and a groove 42 which is formed at one side of the elastic plate 4; and a form support plate 5 which has a locking hole 51 which is engaged with the groove 42 so that the elastic plate 4 whose upper and lower portions are bent and maintained at a state where the upper and lower portions of the elastic plate 4 have been bent.

The body 1 is preferably made of a transparent synthetic resin material so that the butterflies contained in the inside of the body 1 can be seen from the outside, and is formed of a cylindricallyi shaped body whose upper and lower portions are opened as throughholes 11, respectively. In particular, the body 1 may be positioned vertically and horizontally but may be preferably vertically positioned so that butterflies contained in the body 1 escape from the body 1 more easily.

The handle 12 formed in one side of the body 1 includes a throughhole 121 in the inside thereof and is made of the same material as that of the body 1. The body 1 contains one or more live butterflies 2 therein. Here, balloons 3 into which air or gas is injected are provided at the upper and lower portions of the body 1 in order to prevent the one or more live butterflies 2 from escaping from the body 1.

In addition, balloons 3 may be bursted before. using or at the time of transferring the event article. Accordingly, the upper and lower portions of the body 1 may be covered with special lids

or nets, respectively, instead of the balloons 3.

The balloons 3 uses rubber balloons or foil balloons (made of silver thin film or vinyl) which are filled with helium which are generally frequently used in the neighbor surroundings. Therefore, the balloons 3 are used to inform an event of people and simultaneously to prevent the butterflies 2 from escaping from the body 1.

In this embodiment of the present invention, the balloons 3 may be attached to the upper and lower portions of the body 1. However, only one balloon may be attached to the upper or lower portion of the body 1, in which the other portion of the body 1 where the one balloon 3 has not been attached is blocked by a net, a sheet of paper, a plastic cover, etc.

A method of fixing the balloons 3 to the body 1 will be' described below. A sheet of adhesion paper is attached around the inner sides of the upper and lower portions of the body 1, respectively, so that the balloons 3 can be attached on the sheets of the adhesion paper, respectively. Otherwise, strings are connected to knots of the balloons 3, and the strings are made to pass through the throughhole 121 in the handle 12. Then, the strings are pulled to make the balloons 3 closely attached to the body 1.

Meanwhile, natural flowers or floral tributes are further provided in the inside of the bodyl so that the one or more live butterflies 2 can take a rest stably. The natural flowers or floral

tributes are not attached on the inner wall of the body 1, but are kept in the body 1 together with the live butterflies 2. At the moment the balloons 3 burst, the one or more live butterflies 2 can escape from the body 1 through the throughholes 11 formed at the upper and lower portions of the body 1, respectively. In the result of experimental test which has been performed by the applicant of the present invention, it has been confirmed that in the case that natural flowers or floral tributes are kept in the body 1 together with the one or more live butterflies 2 instead of making the natural flowers or floral tributes attached on the inner wall of the body 1, the natural flowers or floral tributes fall down and the one or more live butterflies 2 also escape easily flying to the outside, as soon as the balloons 3 burst.

The elastic plate 4 is preferably formed more lengthily than that of the body 1. The elastic plate 4 is attached on the outer side surface of the body 1 using an adhesive. The elastic plate 4 is made of any one of rubber, synthetic resin and metal.

The elasticity plate 4 should be attached to the body 1 before the balloons 3 are attached to the body 1 in order to prevent the balloons 3 from bursting. The elasticity plate 4 is attached to the body 1 and then the upper and lower portions of the elasticity plate 4 are manually outwardly bent. In addition, the groove portion 42 of the elasticity plate 4 and the locking groove 51 of the form support plate 5 are engaged with each other, so that the upper and lower portions of the elasticity plate 4 are maintained

in a bent form.

The form support plate 5 is formed smaller than the overall length of the elasticity plate 4 since The form support plate 5 is coupled with the elasticity plate 4 at a state where the upper and lower portions of the elasticity plate 4 are bent.

Through completion of the above-described process, one balloon 3 is located at the lower portion of the body 1, and then natural flowers or floral tributes as well as one or more live butterflies are put into the inside of the body 1. Then, the other balloon 3 os located at the upper portion of the body 1. Accordingly, the natural flowers or floral tributes are prevented from falling down and the one or more live butterflies 2 are prevented from flying to the outside.

Hereinbelow, operation of the event article according to the embodiment of the present invention will follow with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIGS. 3A and 3B are schematic cross-sectional views showing a state of using the event article according to the embodiment of the present invention, in which FIG. 3A is a cross-sectional view showing the event article where balloons are not bursted, and FIG. 3B is a cross-sectional view showing the event article where balloons are bursted.

As illustrated in FIG. 3A, the upper and lower portions of the elasticity plate 4 are maintained by the form support plate 5 in a bent form, so as to be ready to burst the balloons 3. The

one or more live butterflies 2 can take a rest in a closed space by the balloons 3 that are located at the upper and lower portions of the body 1.

As illustrated in FIG. 3B, in the case that the balloons are made to burst for an event, a user takes the hold of the handle 12 by one hand, so as to make the body 1 located vertically. At this state, the user holds the form support plate 5 (see FIG. 3A) by the other hand and then pulls the form support plate 5 to the outside so that the form support plate 5 can be detached from the elasticity plate 4.

Therefore, the form support plate 5 is detached from the elasticity plate 4, and the bent portions of the upper and lower portions of the elasticity plate 4. return to the original positions, that is, return to the vertical direction, respectively, so as to be spread and make the balloons 3 bursted by the pointed protrusions 41 which are formed at the upper and lower portions of the elasticity plate 4.

If the balloons 3 are bursted, the natural flowers or floral tributes together with the one or more live butterflies 2 fall down from the body 1. Here, the one or more live butterflies 2 may fly out from the upper and lower portions of the body 1.

That is, since the live butterflies are made to fly, audiences can congratulate on events or ceremonies, or enhance festival atmospheres still more.

[Mode for Invention]
