Abstract:
An excavation device for a dredger comprises a reel (2) provided on a middle portion of a dredger (1). A recess is provided at the rear of the dredger (1). The reel (2) is provided at the center of the dredger (1). A shaft hole (21) is provided at the center of the reel (2). A rotary shaft (22) is inserted and installed in the shaft hole (21). Two ends of the rotary shaft (22) are connected to gears. The rotary shaft (22) is provided on a shaft seat (23). There are two reels (2), and the two reels (2) are configured to be coaxial. Dredging buckets (24) are uniformly and fixedly provided at the periphery of the reels (2). A reinforcement member (25) is provided on the dredging bucket (24). The excavation device for a dredger has a simple structure. The reel enables dredging of hard silt in a river, and dredged silt in the bucket to be conveyed to land or other transport ships via a conveyor belt, so as to reduce working time, achieve a favorable dredging effect, and improve working efficiency. The utility model has much higher working efficiency than a conventional dredger, has a simple structure, is easily repaired, allows a dredger to be balanced, and ensures a safe working environment.
