Abstract:
An excavator (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a lower undercarriage (1); an upper house (3) rotatably mounted upon the lower undercarriage (1); a digging attachment (AT) mounted on the upper house (3); a hydraulic travel motor (2M) for driving the lower undercarriage (1); a boom cylinder (7) for moving the digging attachment (AT); and a controller (30) provided on the upper house (3). The controller (30) causes the hydraulic travel motor (2M) and/or the boom cylinder (7) to operate autonomously according to the slope of the surface upon which the lower undercarriage (1) is traveling.
