Abstract:
This exercise system (1) comprises a load-imparting device (10) and an ion delivery device (20). The load-imparting device (10) is positioned in a room (30) and imparts a load to the body of a user H. The ion delivery device (20) is positioned in the room (30) and delivers ions. The ion delivery device (20) delivers ions toward the side of the load-imparting device (10). The ion delivery device (20) delivers ions in the direction of the user H, who is exercising using the load-imparting device (10). The ion delivery device (10) delivers ions to a specific region of the user H. The specific region is a region where the skin of the user H is exposed. A plurality of ion delivery devices (20) are provided. The plurality of ion delivery devices (20) are positioned in mutually different positions.
