Abstract:

An exhaust valve (1) for a storage bag is provided with a base (4), a cover (5) connected to the base (4), a check valve (6), a porous body (7), and an exhaust passage. The cover (5) is provided with exhaust ports (23, 24). The base (4) comprises a first surface (4a) facing the cover, a second surface (4b) on the opposite side of the first surface (4a), a valve passage (9) open on the first and second surfaces (4a, 4b), and a large number of ribs (16A, 16B, 17) provided on the second surface (4b). An air passage (18) in communication with the valve passage (9) is formed between adjacent ribs. The porous body (7) has a plate shape extending along the top portions of the ribs (16A, 16B, 17). The exhaust passage comprises a path (K1) to exhaust the air in the storage bag (2) from the pores of the porous body (7) and sequentially through the passage (18) between the ribs (16A, 16B, 17), the valve passage (9), and the exhaust ports (23, 24).
