Abstract:
Provided is an expansion valve that can adjust valve opening with high precision. An expansion valve (1) comprises: a main body (6) that has a valve chamber (15) and a valve seat (12a); a valve body (9) that can advance and retreat with respect to the valve seat; a case (3) that is fixed to the main body (6); an excitation portion (2); a rotor (13) that is rotationally driven by the excitation portion (2); and an advancing and retreating mechanism (C) that converts the rotation motion of the rotor into a linear motion and advances and retreats the valve body (9), in the valve chamber, a bellows (10) that is externally attached to the valve body and expands and contracts as the valve body advances and retreats being arranged, and a space (M2) between the bellows and the valve body being in a vacuum state.
