Abstract:
Disclosed is an explosion-proof electrical control box, belonging to the technical field of electrical control equipment. The control box comprises a sealing base, a sealing cover and a box body, wherein a fire extinguishing device is fixedly arranged on the top end of the box body; the fire extinguishing device comprises a fire extinguishing container that is used for accommodating fire extinguishing materials and is located at a top face of the box body; and the fire extinguishing container is in communication with nozzles located at the top inside the box body by means of a circulation pipeline. When an external detection device detects that the environment inside the box body changes, the fire extinguishing materials in the fire extinguishing container are sprayed out so as to improve the environment in the box body and prevent explosions or fires, thereby improving the overall safety of the explosion-proof box body. In addition, a peripheral side of the box body is provided with a pretreatment device, which comprises a vacuum pump that can draw air in a one-way manner from the inside of the box body to the outside of the sealing cover, which can improve the safety of the explosion-proof box and prevent the potential safety hazards caused by the failure of the explosion-proof box.
