Abstract:
In order to obtain an easily-used novel Pilates embodiment with improved design in the Pilates exercise device comprising an upper mechanism to which a jumping board and upper adjustment columns are connected, leg connection mechanism having a changeable leg connection in different sizes, spring connection mechanisms to which a movable console or platform in the middle part are connected, and a headrest mechanism to which different types of headrests in different types of Pilates equipment are connected, an engineering design is achieved accommodating very different features together.
