Abstract:
Provided is an extruder breaker-plate that can better minimize retention of resin composition. A breaker plate 1 has a plurality of holes 2 that penetrate from one surface 1A toward another surface 1B; a boundary portion 3 separating adjacent holes 2 is tapered from the one face 1A toward the other face 1B; and the height (length in the Z direction) of first boundary parts 3A having a first direction (X direction) as a longitudinal direction, and the height of second boundary parts 3B having a second direction (Y direction) as a longitudinal direction are different. This breaker plate 1 is suitable for applications in which a polyacetal resin composition is obtained from the outlet of a screw extruder as a result of supplying, to the inlet of the extruder, a polyacetal resin, 1-60 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polyurethane with respect to the polyacetal resin, and 1-10 parts by weight of a polyvalent isocyanate compound with respect to the polyacetal resin.
