　An extruder screw (21) is provided with a screw body (37), a conveyance part (52) provided to the external peripheral face of the screw body (37) and having a flight for conveying a raw material in the axial direction of the screw body (37), and a passage (62) provided in the screw body (37). The passage (62) includes a first passage element (63) into which the raw material flows, a second passage element (64) in which the raw material flowing in from the first passage element (63) flows, and a third passage element (65) in which the raw material flowing through the second passage element (64) returns to the external peripheral face of the screw body (37). The screw body (37) has a rotary shaft (38), and a plurality of cylindrical bodies (39) inserted on the external peripheral face of the rotary shaft (38) and arranged in the axial direction of the rotary shaft (38). At least a portion of the conveyance part (52) is formed on the external peripheral face of the cylindrical body (39) adjacent thereto, and the passage (62) is formed inside the cylindrical bodies (39) so as to span through adjacent cylindrical bodies (39).
