Abstract:
An eye training apparatus and method. The eye training apparatus comprises a carrier (150), a controller (120) and two or more light-emitting units (110), wherein the light-emitting units (110) are sequentially mounted on the carrier (150); the light-emitting units (110) are electrically connected to the controller (120); and the controller (120) is used for controlling the light-emitting units (110) to operate in a corresponding state in a corresponding time according to an eye exercising solution. The eye training apparatus further comprises a detector (130), a prompt structure (140) and a light emergent module (111), wherein the detector (130) can acquire the problem with the eyes of a user and instructs the user to perform targeted training on the eyes; the prompt structure (140) can remind the user to train the eyes regularly; and the light emergent module (111) can generate a guidance spot for user recognition so as to effectively protect the eyes.
