Abstract:
Disclosed are a fabric having an infrared heating function and a preparation method therefor. The surface of the fabric or fabric fibers comprises an infrared-absorbing coating. The infrared-absorbing coating is obtained by coating, spraying or dip-coating an infrared-absorbing solution onto the fabric or fabric fiber, and curing same by means of ultraviolet light. The fabric having an infrared heating function and the preparation method therefor provided in the present invention, by adding the infrared-absorbing coating on the fabric or fabric fibers, realize infrared absorption of sunlight by clothes, reduce infrared reflection, and thus realize a self-heating function of clothes. Phthalocyanine dyes, nano tungsten trioxide, nano ATO, nano GTO, nano ITO, and nano cesium tungstate can provide infrared absorption effects while retaining hydrophobic effects, and thus can increase the anti-fouling ability of clothes. After ultraviolet light curing, the coating has high abrasion resistance. The preparation process is simple and convenient, and has a broad application prospect.
