Abstract:
A fabric having open mesh structures. The fabric comprises a surface layer (1), a bottom layer (2), a connecting layer (3), and a jacquard layer (4). The surface layer (1) comprises a plurality of first yarns, the plurality of first yarns are crossed and woven to form the surface layer (1), a plurality of mesh structures (11) are formed on the surface layer (1), and each of the mesh structures comprises a plurality of open meshes (111) and a plurality of closed meshes (112). The bottom layer (2) comprises a plurality of second yarns, and the plurality of second yarns are crossed and woven to form the bottom layer (2). The connecting layer (3) comprises a plurality of third yarns, the plurality of third yarns are crossed and woven to form the connecting layer (3), and the connecting layer (3) is used for connecting the surface layer (1) and the bottom layer (2). The jacquard layer (4) comprises a plurality of fourth yarns, the plurality of fourth yarns are crossed and woven, and the jacquard layer (4) is formed on the surface layer (1). The fabric is formed by integrally weaving, is attractive and novel in appearance, high in interestingness, good in air permeability, strong in three-dimensional effect and obvious in touch feeling, and a manufacturing process is simplified, thereby improving the production efficiency and reducing the production cost.
