A fabricated marine tunnel structure having an escape device, and an application method therefor. The marine tunnel structure comprises a fabricated marine tunnel structure body and an escape device, wherein the fabricated marine tunnel structure body comprises a tunnel outer wall (4), a top plate (9) and a partition plate (3); the top plate (9) is located on an upper portion of a tunnel, an electric motor apparatus compartment (2) is arranged above the top plate (4), a traffic area (5) is arranged below the top plate, a middle compartment (15) is separated in the tunnel by the partition plate (3), and the escape device is detachably connected inside the middle compartment (15); and the escape device comprises a lifesaving cabin in which transverse ladders (24) are uniformly arranged in a height direction thereof, and the bottom of the lifesaving cabin is provided with a counterweight block (29) and a lifesaving apparatus area (28). The marine tunnel structure can be equipped with a fully equipped lifesaving device during installation, improves the safety of the marine tunnel, is convenient to install, has a simple structure, and is safe and reliable.
