[Problem] To enhance the convenience of a system by allowing an administrator to appropriately customize conditions for body temperature monitoring as well as face authentication. [Solution] A registration machine 2 conducts a process of obtaining consent from a user regarding the acquisition of a face image at the time of registration and authentication and the acquisition of body temperature information at the time of authentication, and acquires a face image of the user for registration. A face management server 5 accumulates face images for registration. A face authentication machine 1 acquires a face image and body temperature information of the user for authentication at the time of authentication, and conducts temperature measurement to acquire body temperature information of the user at the time of authentication. A face matching server 6 conducts face matching to match the face image for registration with the face image for authentication, and conducts body temperature determination to determine whether the body temperature information is abnormal. Furthermore, the face management server 5 manages settings related to the processing conditions of a body temperature measurement unit and a body temperature determination unit according to the administrator's or user's operation.
