[Problem] When acquiring a face image for face authentication and body temperature information for a health check, to be able to notify a user in advance, obtain the consent of the user, and appropriately acquire required personal information. [Solution] In a user registration procedure, a plurality of screens are displayed on a display while transitioning in sequence, the screens including: a screen for notifying the user about acquiring, during face authentication, at least the face image for authentication and body temperature information, and obtaining the consent of the user; and a screen on which an operation is performed by the user in order to acquire the face image for registration. Moreover, in the user registration procedure, a screen is displayed on the display to cause the user to input information relating to normal body temperature to serve as a reference when determining an irregularity of body temperature during face authentication.
